We would like our divisions to pay for their subscriptions separately. Is there a way new users can join our account on their own, and pay themselves?
Yes! There is a link that can be sent to employees in your organization to invite them to join your account, and is set up so that they will pay for their own licenses. Here’s how to access that link:
1.) Log in to your JSABuilder account and open the “Admin” page.
2.) Select “Subscriptions” from the blue menu bar on the left.
3.) Scroll down until you reach the bottom of the “Payment Group” section, and click the blue “New Payment Group” button.
4.) A popup will appear, asking who will be paying for the new payment group. Select “A new user.”
5.) The popup will then provide instructions and a link to send to the new user(s).
6.) Copy and paste the link into your own email message, and send it to the new user(s).
7.) Click “Done” to close the popup screen.
8.) The new user(s) will be able to click the link in your email and purchase their own license within your organization’s multi-user account, which will have a subscription end date that is different from your account.
